Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules that apply to anyone using Strapping AI, Inc.'s products, services, websites, APIs, or infrastructure (collectively, the "Services"). The AUP is part of our Terms of Service. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access.

1. Security and System Integrity

  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Strapping system or network without written authorization.
  • Do not bypass, disable, or tamper with authentication, encryption, rate limits, or other security controls.
  • Do not use the Services to deliver malware, ransomware, exploits, or other malicious code.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, code, or data without permission.

2. Platform Usage

  • Do not misuse automation (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to overload infrastructure or bypass intended interfaces.
  • Do not attempt to extract model weights, prompts, or system logic of AI models used by the Services.
  • Do not use AI outputs or prompts from the Services to train or improve competing AI models without written permission.
  • Do not falsely represent AI-generated output as human-generated where doing so could mislead or cause harm.

3. Content Standards

  • Do not upload, submit, or generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Do not use the Services to violate intellectual property rights or publicity/privacy rights of others.
  • Do not create or distribute code intended primarily to enable unauthorized access, denial of service, or data exfiltration.

4. Compliance and Export

  • Do not use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including export controls and sanctions.
  • Do not use the Services if you are located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. embargo or sanctions, or if you appear on a government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

5. Resource Limits

  • Respect plan limits, rate limits, and metering. Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, billing, or monitoring.
  • Do not run cryptocurrency mining or unrelated background workloads in project workspaces.

6. Reporting Issues

If you believe someone is violating this AUP or you discover a security issue, please contact security@strapping.ai. For urgent abuse or security incidents, we may take immediate action to protect the Services and other users.
